As a small business built with love, your happiness truly means everything to me. Here's how I take care of you if something doesn't go as planned.
If your order arrives damaged Please send me an unboxing video along with clear images of the damage within 7 days of delivery. Once I've had a look, I'll make sure to process your refund with care.
Items that cannot be returned Some pieces are made just for you and cannot come back home, including custom sticker orders, personalised stationery, sale items, and gift cards. Not sure if your item qualifies? Just reach out and I'll help you figure it out.
Exchanges If you'd love a swap instead, I'll do my best depending on stock availability. If the item isn't available anymore, a refund will be processed for you instead.
